3/4 teaspoon Roots Spice Blend, 2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz dry vermouth, 2 oz. clamato juice, 1 T. olive juice, 2 olives. Using a shaker, shake all ingredients except olives together, pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives. For an extra kick, add a rimmer: Mix together 1 t. onion powder, 1 t. celery salt, 2 t black sesame seeds and 1/4 t. ground pepper (black or white). Rub the rim of the martini glass in lemon juice and dip in the rimmer mixture. Get creative with your garnish to impress your guests!
